- Straighten up furniture/shelves
- Remove clutter from counters/shelves
- Dust / wipe all surfaces

- Leave all cleaning supplies in order

- All cooks are responsible for cleaning up after themselves or finding a friend to help clean up
- All counters cleared - only one oil dish on counter next to stove
- Use paper towel only to remove excess oil; do not use towels with oil
- Stove-top must be cleaned if cooking for more than 10 people and/or if dirty
- Empty trash and recycling when full

- Remove old flowers
- Place dry flowers/garlands in black bucket in upstairs kitchen - remove string
